Mar 8, 2013. Sphinx @ Percona Live: MySQL User Conference

It’s that time of year again. The annual migration of MySQL users will soon begin! In a little more than one month’s time, much of the MySQL ecosystem will be gathered at the Percona Live: MySQL User Conference and, as usual, you can expect an appearance from the Sphinx Team. Stop by booth 302 to meet a Sphinx in person!

On April 22, from 1:30 to 4:30pm @ Ballroom H, Andrew Aksyonoff (Sphinx’s founder) will be delivering a Sphinx tutorial which is sure to pique the interest of all who attend. The tutorial will cover topics ranging from best practices centered around the three I’s of Sphinx (Installation, Integration, and Indexing), to search quality (metrics, judgments, and experiments) and he’ll also be discussing the new HA tools built into Sphinx 2.1.1-beta.

To be sure attendees leave prepared to take full advantage of Sphinx’s lightning fast search and index capabilities, Andrew will be delivering a 20-minute integration demo along with some helpful insights into SphinxQL and the SphinxAPI.

So, don’t miss this opportunity to learn new search tips and tricks directly from Sphinx’s founder.

To register, or for more information on the conference schedule, proceed directly to Percona Live: MySQL User Conference. If you would like to learn more about the special discount offered to Sphinx registrants, or if you have questions regarding the Sphinx tutorial/training session, please feel free to contact-us directly.
