0000747: contrib/scripts/searchd - init scripts should not include functions that recursively modify file permissions

Description

The contrib/scripts/searchd init script "config" option is dangerous. If BASE_PATH is pointed at the wrong directory the results can be disastrous. init script file modifications should be limited to creation of transient, application-specific runtime files in the /var tree. Creation of directories, changes to file ownership, modes and etc. should be limited to the build system or install-related scripts. Please remove this option from the file or move the functionality to a separate script.
