Support services
We are available for support and consulting services for Sphinx search engine.
Revenues received from the services are used to support project development.
Available Sphinx-related services:
- Sphinx implementation – we will install and configure Sphinx, and perform integration with your application.
- Production support – we will help you install, troubleshoot, and optimize your Sphinx installation.
- Development support – we will assist your development team with implementing Sphinx/MySQL-based solutions.
- Sponsored/custom development – we will perform priority implementation of additional Sphinx features that
you require (and, normally, include them in subsequent official public releases).
Bundled Sphinx/MySQL services:
- provided in association with Percona Inc MySQL experts;
- our engineers will focus on Sphinx and Percona engineers will focus on MySQL;
- official Sphinx support
will be backed by both companies;
- visit Percona website for MySQL service details.
Prices:
- $200/hour for low-volume (2-10 hrs) one-time contracts;
- discounted rates for high-volume or prepaid ones (contact us);
- billed on hourly basis, with 15 minute increments;
- billed on completion;
- fixed quotes for sponsored development possible;
- warranties apply to sponsored development.
Availability:
- normally within 1-3 days;
- urgent support possible.
